Meadowvale Development Lands

Intermarket was in the process of marketing an industrial parcel with limited road frontage and no highway exposure when a French school board (Conseil Scolaire de district du Centre Sud-Ouest) expressed interest in purchasing the site at a very favourable price. However, the sale was contingent on re-designating the lands for a school use in a short period of time.

Intermarket initiated a Minor Variance change to the industrial zoning designation to permit a school use. The zoning use change was approved by the Council within six weeks of submission.

Intermarket’s industry knowledge and planning expertise allowed for the re-designation of Employment lands which enabled the site to be sold at a high value to the French School Board.
