Moose Winooski’s Restaurant

Intermarket worked closely with the owners of Moose Winooski’s to develop a detailed plan to renovate and expand the restaurant, while they continued to serve customers in their existing facilities. The complex phasing plan was necessary as it allowed the tenant to generate revenue during the renovation.

The project was further complicated by the fact the existing entrance to the restaurant had to be demolished to allow for the construction of a main roadway, and a new entry had to be fast-tracked to allow the restaurant to remain open. The renovation plan was required to provide for a “seamless” expansion space in the future.

The overall renovation was completed on time and on budget, and Moose Winooski’s continues to be one of the most successful restaurants in the Province.
