Nike Factory Store

Intermarket identified the opportunity to create significant value by re-developing a vacant flooring store to a more profitable retail use.

The structure of the building was in good shape and well-located in a transitional area. The concept was to take advantage of the building’s high-profile location on a major arterial road and the adjacency to the Sportsworld project that Intermarket was in the process of developing.

Intermarket produced a retail concept and created CADD images that were presented to a number of retailers. Nike ultimately leased the entire building and continues to operate a very successful store in this location.
